BCKGROUND

Mallett Quality Management is a food safety and microbiology consulting company based in Kent. They visit companies that produce food product and make sure they comply with all the legal higiene requirement and provide staff training. The guys at Mallett Quality Management do more than walk around with a fashionable white hat and a clipboard, telling people to wash their hands. With years of hands-on experience in this very specialised industry they are as comfortable working with an old lady making gooseberry jam in a garden shed as they are with a major international ice cream factory.
