This colourful vessel is made from a highly textured stoneware clay body and is decorated with colourful slips and glazes. I’ve used a combination of wheel-throwing and hand coiling techniques to make it.
This clay body this piece is made of, though fully glazed on the inside and vitrified, has a natural level of porosity and is not intended for functional use.
